Telera Announces New Customer Win: Equant

CAMPBELL, CA - Telera, the software company that provides a Voice Web platform for delivering advanced voice applications, announced that Equant, a developer of global IP and data services, has selected Telera's software to deliver voice services to multinational corporations. Equant will become the first service provider to deliver the advantages of the Telera Voice Web Application Platform on a global scale. Telera's Voice Web platform will enable Equant to offer business customers a cost-effective option to outsource IVR (Interactive Voice Response) infrastructure, yet enable them to retain full control over application logic and rules for customer interaction. The new level of control means that enterprises can update their network-based IVR in near real-time, ensuring that their customers benefit from the latest business processes.
