Trinsic Selects NeuStar's Convergent Clearinghouse Services to Enable VoIP Service Delivery

WASHINGTON - NeuStar announced that Trinsic, Inc. will utilize NeuStar's Convergent Clearinghouse to automate its business and operational processes associated with Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP).

NeuStar's Convergent Clearinghouse will remove the burden of building out, maintaining and operating a VoIP platform for Trinsic.

Through NeuStar's Convergent Clearinghouse, Trinsic will use one interface to automate all customer transactions.

NeuStar's Convergent Clearinghouse suite of services includes local service request (LSR), access service request (ASR) order provisioning and service order activation (SOA) processing, ancillary services -- including enhanced 911 (E911), line information database (LIDB) and calling name (CNAM) database, as well as a number of other business processes required to provision VoIP services.

In addition to order verification and validation, NeuStar's Convergent Clearinghouse enables providers to submit minimal data for customer orders.
