U.S. District Court of Alaska Deploys Speech Enabled IVR by iVoice
MATAWAN, NJ - iVoice, Inc. (OTC: IVOC) announced that the U.S. District Court of Alaska is deploying a speech enabled iVoice IVR for its clients.
The speech-enabled iVoice IVR is designed to give callers information such as parties names, attorney names, the judge assigned to the case, date the case was filed, last five docketed events, last five calendared events, next calendared event, date closed, and judgment amounts for each case. With the speech-enabled iVoice IVR, the caller will have the ability to be transferred out of the IVR to an operator.
