VXI's Wirless Headsets Get Nuance Certified

ROLLINSFORD, N.H.—VXI Corporation's BlueParrott TalkPro wireless headsets have been certified by Nuance Communications for use with their highly popular Dragon NaturallySpeaking speech recognition software. The latest software release, Dragon NaturallySpeaking version 9, specifically supports the use of Bluetooth wireless headsets with the software. However, only the most sophisticated and accurate Bluetooth headsets meet Nuance guidelines for certification. As certified products, both the VXI BlueParrott TalkPro B1000-GTX and VXI BlueParrott TalkPro B150-GTX models "passed all tests with Dragon NaturallySpeaking and meets our highest performance and quality standards", states the Nuance website.

"We are excited to receive Nuance certification for our VXI BlueParrott TalkPro Bluetooth headset solutions. Speech recognition software users are increasingly demanding wireless headset freedom and very few Bluetooth headsets provide the necessary accuracy and performance that Dragon NaturallySpeaking software demands. The Nuance certification proves that our VXI BlueParrott TalkPro B1000-GTX and B150-GTX Bluetooth wireless headset models deliver excellent accuracy and performance, making them the best Bluetooth headset choice available for Dragon NaturallySpeaking speech recognition software users." said Jim Sellers, Speech Recognition Product Sales Manager, VXI Corporation.

Both the VXI BlueParrott B1000-GTX and VXI BlueParrott TalkPro B150-GTX Bluetooth headsets provide excellent noise-cancellation performance and accuracy not to be found with other competitor Bluetooth headsets that are designed for use with mobile phones. The B1000-GTX and B150-GTX headsets were specifically designed to be used with speech recognition software and utilize a highly accurate speech-recognition grade noise-canceling microphone element. The headset design provides proper microphone positioning with a flexible gooseneck microphone boom, ensuring accurate performance and best results.
