Verint Witness Actionable Solutions: The Russians Are Coming

Verint Systems announced the new Russian language version of its next-generation Impact 360 Workforce Optimization (WFO) software suite.

Further reinforcing the company’s ongoing commitment to and investment in the expanding Russian market, the availability of Verint Witness Actionable Solutions’ solutions are being backed by a strong channel infrastructure to help organizations fully maximize their technology investments.
Designed for contact center, branch and remote office, and back-office operations environments, Impact 360 offers the industry’s most unified WFO software solutions portfolio, which is comprised of call recording and quality monitoring—including encryption management functionality to help companies meet Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS)—workforce management, speech analytics, data analytics, customer feedback surveys, performance management, and eLearning.

Verint will profile and demonstrate its new Impact 360 Workforce Optimization solution for the Russian market at its launch event being held in Moscow on September 16. There it will highlight the WFO market opportunity, engage in briefings on the latest product enhancements, and profile best practice customer case studies, as well as deliver in-depth demonstrations of the solution set.
