Viecore Is the First to Earn Genesys Gold Partner Certification

Viecore has recently been recognized as the first Genesys partner to achieve Gold Certified status. Genesys president and CEO Wes Hayden presented the Gold Certified GVP SI award to Viecore at their 2006 Kickoff Meeting at the Marriott Seaview Resort in Galloway, NJ.

To achieve this certification, Viecore is required to have four Genesys Voice Portal (GVP) experts successfully complete the GVP certification test, plus five GVP installations, and five complex applications developed.  In addition to completing a series of process audits and certifications, Viecore's customers were audited and Viecore achieved a 100-percent customer satisfaction rating.
