Village Cinemas Multiplex Selects VoiceWeb Voice Ticketing Solution

ATHENS, Greece - Village Cinemas, a multiplex in Greece, has handled more than 1.5 million calls through VoiceWeb Ticketing, an automated telephone ticketing service powered by VoiceWeb. The automated voice service, available 24/7, provides movie schedule information and allows moviegoers to purchase tickets for all Village multiplexes in Greece, using credit card. VoiceWeb Ticketing was launched in June 2005 and from the first month of operation achieved an automation rate of 82 percent (full automation on information & transactions) while it has already served more than 500,000 unique users.

VoiceWeb Ticketing was built on Envox platform and uses Nuance Speech Recognition software. VoiceWeb Ticketing is a hosted service, being able to serve calls from all around the globe. It incorporates features such as: Intelligent Alternative Solutions, Automatic Selections, Case Handling, Context Specific Help,  Town identification, User Experience-level Adjustment, etc. The Voice Application supports all the available multiplexes/days/show times/seats/screen types/movies so that the user can buy tickets according to its criteria with full Voice Credit Card Clearing.
