VoiceGenie and MultiVision Partner on Speechezy

VoiceGenie Technologies and MultiVision Communications announced the introduction of Speechezy, a speech-enabled interactive notification application. This application, which combining VoiceGenie's VoiceXML-based platform with MultiVision's Speechezy notification engine, is indented to allow organizations to design, build and launch speech-enabled, personalized outbound notification campaigns faster than in the past. "Enterprises today are anxious to leverage the wealth of information contained in their customer relationship management (CRM) systems and databases, and rapidly improve the time-to-market with new services and offerings which differentiate them from their competitors and increase their market share," said Eric Jackson, vice president of strategy and business development at VoiceGenie. "Combining the industry-leading expertise of VoiceGenie and MultiVision's innovative Speechezy solution gives our clients the ability to quickly meet their customer touch objectives in ways that were previously uneconomical to deliver using live agents or traditional application development tools." "VoiceGenie was the ideal choice of platforms to launch Speechezy," said Fred Gallagher, founder and president of MultiVision Communications. We needed a robust, open infrastructure that would support outbound as well as the more conventional inbound calls. Speechezy, our campaign engine, easily attaches to large, enterprise-wide SQL databases, and is capable of making thousands of calls an hour. Most VoiceXML-based platforms in the marketplace today focus purely on inbound applications, whereas VoiceGenie, a pioneer in VoiceXML technology, has build a very powerful outbound dialing interface that can handle a high volume of calls.
