VoiceLabs Launches Analytics For Google Assistant
VoiceLabs, a provider of voice experience analytics, has released an analytics service for Google Assistant developers. This comes the same day that Google released Actions on Google, enabling developers to build voice-based personal assistant applications for Google Home.
VoiceLabs' technology analyzes consumer responses and AI interpretations. The company created Voice Pathing to understand every consumer voice flow.
VoiceLabs claims that it has only scratched the surface in voice experience analytics and expects its partnership with Google to only accelerate its innovations.
