VoiceLogistics Delivering Results for Haggar Distribution Operations

PRINCETON, NJ - Voxware Inc. (NASDAQ OTC: VOXW), a speech recognition company providing natural language-based solutions for industrial applications, announced initial results from the VoiceLogistics deployment for the Haggar Clothing Co. distribution operation in Fort Worth, Texas. Haggar, a marketer of men's casual and dress apparel and women's sportswear, last year selected Voxware's VoiceLogistics high-speed unit picking solution for deployment in their 660,000 square foot facility in Ft. Worth. The unit picking solution, 100% operational since February of this year, has approximately 50 VoiceLogistics users. "We have already seen significant reductions in operating costs associated with our order picking process," said Greg Jones, Director of Industrial Engineering at Haggar. "These reductions take place at the same time Haggar is experiencing record shipping volumes at the distribution center. Now that we have everyone operational in production, we expect to improve our productivity numbers as our associates become more experienced with the system," added Jones. The VoiceLogistics system is integrated with Haggar's existing Manhattan Associates Warehouse Management System, and is operating with Haggar's automated conveyor and sorting systems in the distribution center. "Through close work with Haggar, we have helped them achieve their initial vision of streamlining and improving order picking operations," said Elif Kizilkaya, Voxware's Director of Industrial Engineering. "In addition to the obvious operational improvements, and more important than the technical solution, is that together we have really helped transform distribution operations for Haggar."
