VoicePort Earns Building Skills in New York State Award

- VoicePort selected by Governor Pataki and the New York State Workforce Investment Board, to receive an award in the amount of $47,200. The "Building Skills in New York State (BUSNYS)" initiative seeks to provide education and training for workers in
New York
State
. VoicePort will use the grant to enhance its employees' skills in the voice recognition field.
VoicePort products include speech self-service call center applications, SpeakEasy Surveys and the auto attendant, SpeechAttendant.
