VoltDelta Forms Strategic Partnership with Envox Worldwide
NEW YORK, NY and WESTBOROUGH, MA - VoltDelta, a subsidiary of Volt Information Sciences, announced that their strategic partnership with Envox Worldwide, a provider of voice-enhanced communications solutions, continues to generate sales of diverse, key automated Operator Services solutions. The latest solution will allow SNT Nederland, the Dutch provider of CRM, to fully automate a large percentage of nationwide Directory Assistance calls to its call center. VoltDelta's SpeechExpress platform utilizes Envox's Communications Development Platform for automating the call flows and speech interactions in their Operator Services applications. The Envox platform provides rich telephony control and speech interaction capabilities, which can be rapidly assembled into applications. Envox's platform creates significant time-to- market advantages for VoltDelta in creating customized solutions to meet the varying needs of its Operator Services customers.
