Voxeo and Voice Architects Announce Voice User Interface Design, Analysis and Tuning Services

NEW YORK - Voxeo Corporation and Voice Architects announced at the SpeechTEK 2004 conference a partnership to deliver a suite of Voice User Interface (VUI) services to Voxeo's enterprise IVR customers and Evolution IVR developers.

The new services combine Voxeo VoiceCenter IVR platforms and hosting services with Voice Architects VUI technologies and processes. Leveraging automated log analysis, hot-spot problem reporting, and a six-sigma based VUI design and optimization process, the resulting solution is designed to help enterprise IVR developers to understand where their applications are experiencing usability problems and what they can do to fix those problems.

Voxeo is launching the combined Voxeo/Voice Architects VUI solutions as part of its Extreme Support and Service program. The new services - Extreme VUI Design, Extreme VUI Analysis, and Extreme VUI Tuning - join an existing suite of Extreme Support Services from Voxeo, including valuable services for IVR specification, IVR prompt recording, IVR load testing, and IVR application monitoring. These services enable IVR and Web developers to build and manage their own IVR applications, backed by free and for-fee support services from Voxeo as needed.
