Voxify Announces Partnerships with BeVocal, ScanSoft, and Vocomo

 Voxify announced partnerships with BeVocal, ScanSoft, and Vocomo to provide clients full flexibility in choosing the best speech and hosting capabilities for their specific Automated Agent.  Voxify Automated Agents work with BeVocal's hosting services, Vocomo's voice response software, and technology from SpeechWorks Solutions from ScanSoft.        Vocomo and Voxify partnered to provide CanJet Airlines with turnkey call center automation and now handle customer service call spikes in the Canadian airline's call center. Canadian law requires that calls must be answered in French and English. With this in-house deployment, CanJet has increased customer satisfaction.
