Walsh Media and CereProc Team Up

Text-to-speech technology provider CereProc has partnered with Walsh Media to offer voice branding solutions to optimize end-to-end customer speech experience across multiple platforms and ensure consistency of communications at every touch point.

The partnership will enable companies to blend Walsh Media'svoice project management services with CereProc's advanced TTS technology to create a sound that is consistent with their brands and messages.

Walsh Media provides voice project management for a variety of applications and counts persona design, touchtone and speech-based interactive voice response system support, call center recording support, Web audio, audio for professional communications, and eLearning among its specialties.
