West at Home Receives 2006 Frost & Sullivan Award for Product Innovation

OMAHA, Neb. - West Corporation's West at Home solution received the 2006 Product Differentiation Innovation Award from Frost & Sullivan.  The Award is presented each year to the company that has best demonstrated the ability to develop and/or advance products or services with innovative capabilities.

According to Frost & Sullivan, West at Home stood apart from other remote agent providers due to three critical factors: 1) the quality of West at Home independent contractors, 2) the scale and flexibility of the West platform, and 3) the cost reduction and higher service quality.  West at Home was also recognized based on West's Virtual ACD.

Additional factors that influenced Frost & Sullivan's selection of West at Home was its ability to leverage the skills of independent contractors as part of a package of services to its clients, which also includes brick-and-mortar contact centers, near-shoring, off-shoring and automated customer contact services.
