PITTSBURGH - Next IT Corporation has chosen Wizzard's version of the ATandT Natural Voices® Speech Engine offering for use in its Active Agent Virtual Assistant Suite. Users of Next IT's AI software solutions include government, commercial and educational organizations. Active Agent AI is a Web application designed to provide companies with a more informative interface for their customers. Active Agent enhances the Web site user experience by directly answering natural language questions, or by directing the user to the resources that will match his or her objectives, which is represented as a "chat" window to the user.
Powered by ATandT's Natural Voices software, textual responses are read back to the user to increase the personalization of the technology, while making the virtual assistant more engaging through audio. Web users can navigate the site via their conversation as the system updates Web page content that is selected based on the user's interest, profiles, and buying habits.
