varetis and Telisma Team to Promote a New Automated Directory Assistant

PARIS and MUNICH - varetis and Telisma announce the availability of Telisma's technology - teliSpeech - on varetis directory assistance system, Automated Directory Inquiry System (ADIS).

ADIS is built upon a number of varetis products. ADIS provides voice access to large telephone directories. By automating voice inquiries, ADIS frees up call center agents to process the more complex inquiries. In addition, ADIS comes with features such as call completion and SMS messaging, and its operator Fallback capabilities ensure that each call is processed correctly.
