ReadSpeaker Signs Two Key Japanese Clients

After two key signings, ReadSpeaker's text-to-speech voices will be used in Keio railway stations throughout Japan and by Kyoei Sangyo as the voice of its reception and information robot systems.

In the event of service cancellations or delays, Keio will be able to broadcast the information in Japanese and English to all stations from its Transportation Control Center. Using ReadSpeaker speechEngine SDK, it can convert text into voice in real time instead of using a standard narrator's recorded voice. In addition, the pronunciations of station names and other information can be customized in advance.

At Kyoei Sangyo, ReadSpeaker TTS will provide the voice of RecepROID and ConcieROID to provide guidance while interacting in four languages: Japanese, English, Chinese, and Korean. ConcieROID is a concierge package that provides information services for commercial facilities, hotels, airports, and related properties.
