Volley Acquires Voxion

Volley, a provider of voice-controlled entertainment networks, has acquired Voxion, a developer of phone-connected games for voice platforms. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The acquisition enables Volley to accelerate its growth and continue expanding its portfolio of voice entertainment properties.
