Dialpad Integrates with Clio Manage
Dialpad, a provider of artificial intelligence-powered communication and collaboration, has integrated with Clio Manage, providing law firms with VoIP features, SMS capabilities, detailed call analytics, unlimited audio recordings, and real-time transcription for every call and meeting, powered by Dialpad's Voice Intelligence.
Key features of the integration include the following:
- Click-to-call, that lets users click on clients' numbers inside Clio Manage to automatically launch Dialpad Everywhere, the call widget that includes call controls, real-time transcription, and shared contact details with other platforms, like Salesforce, Google's G Suite, and Microsoft Office 365.
- Call logging, which automatically links calls back to the client's profile. This includes the individual who placed or received the call, timestamp and duration, call direction, and more.
- Automatic call transcriptions and post-call summaries that include contact details; call details like direction, timestamp, and length; and full transcripts and audio recordings that can be downloaded and shared with others.
- Unlimited audio recording, surfaced post-call within summaries and saved in the Dialpad platform. Like transcriptions, recordings can always be downloaded and shared.
