Gnani.ai and transcosmos Partner to Bring Conversational AI to Contact Centers

Gnani.ai, a provider of voice artificial intelligence-led omnichannel customer service automation, is partnering with transcosmos, a contact center and business process outsourcing company. The two companies will leverage each other’s technology and business strengths.
