Glia Partners with Illuma to Bring Voice Authentication to Customer Interactions


Glia, a provider of phone and automated self-service solutions on a single platform, has partnered with Illuma Labs to streamline voice authentication for customer service interactions. 

The partnership integrates Illuma Shield with the Glia Interaction Platform, allowing financial services firms to offer real-time voice authentication to their customers.
