Venizum today launched Verbis Voice, a real-time voice translation solution integrated with Salesforce Service.

Verbis Voice supports 76 languages and enables customers and service agents to communicate naturally in their preferred languages during live conversations. The solution is powered by the DeepL Voice API.

Customers can speak naturally in their preferred language while agents hear the conversation in theirs. Agents respond in their preferred language, and the customer hears the response translated back in real time.

"For global service organizations, language should not determine whether a customer can reach the right team," said Håkan Sjöberg, CEO and founder of Venizum, in a statement. "Verbis Voice enables agents to continue working in their existing Salesforce environment while customers communicate naturally in the language they know best."

Verbis Voice integrates with Salesforce Service and can work alongside Agentforce and other Salesforce capabilities. The solution connects translated conversations with the customer, case, and account information agents already use in their daily workflows. During live interactions, agents can do the following:

  • Hear translated audio in real time;
  • View original and translated text;
  • Access relevant customer, case, and account information;
  • Apply enterprise terminology, pronunciation glossaries; and language preferences; and
  • Continue working within their existing Salesforce Service environment.

Verbis Voice can use Salesforce Data Cloud, Knowledge, Cases, Accounts, and other relevant business data to connect conversations with customer and service context. Conversation data can be stored in Salesforce. Verbis Voice is available through Salesforce AgentExchange.

DeepL Voice API is integrated into Verbis Voice as a core technology for real-time multilingual voice communication. The integration combines DeepL's real-time voice translation technology with Verbis' Salesforce business context, enterprise terminology, pronunciation management, and service workflows.

Verbis is built on an engine-agnostic architecture, allowing organizations to use different language, speech, and AI technologies based on requirements for language coverage, translation quality, latency, cost, and governance.

Verbis Voice is part of the broader Verbis Enterprise Communication Layer in Salesforce, connecting AI-powered translation with business context, terminology, workflows and multiple language technologies.
