IVOICE Deploys IVR in South Carolina
MATAWAN, NJ - iVoice Inc. (OTC: IVOC) announced that Richland County, S.C., is deploying an Interactive Voice Response System (IVR) to facilitate tax payments for businesses and residents.
The iVoice IVR for Richland County is designed to allow clients to dial into the iVoice IVR to make tax payments to their accounts with either a MasterCard or Visa. The category of tax payments the caller can make are as follows: vehicle taxes, real estate taxes, business property or merchant taxes and personal property taxes. The client will be able to hear their tax balances and be able to make a payment via credit card. The iVoice IVR will facilitate tax receipts for Richland County. The caller will be specifically prompted by the IVR so that navigation will be simple and effortless.
