FEMA Contacts MicroAutomation to Deploy Emergency Solution in New Orleans

MANASSAS, Va. - The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has contacted MicroAutomation and Siemens to deploy an emergency response solution in the New Orleans area. Supported by the County of Baltimore, they will be deploying a new e-911 call center to support local emergency needs. Communications has been challenging since Katrina hit the region and both MicroAutomation and Siemens are looking forward to helping re-establish critical communications in the region.
