Speech Technology Associates Releases Express CTI

WESTFORD, Mass. - Speech Technology Associates, Inc. (STA) will include Concentric Solutions Computer Telephony Integration software with each STA deployment of Nuance Voice Platform™.  STA will offer contact center agents and supervisors a 60-day trial of Concentric Solutions 5.0 software, including screen pops combined with customer data, desktop soft-phone with telephony controls, marquee message capability, and PBX call statistics, with each Nuance Voice Platform™ implementation. The combined solution is called Express CTI. 

Express CTI coordinates the presentation of caller and call center data to the agent or supervisor's desktop PC before a call is connected, enabling call center employees to manage and complete the caller's request.
