Hex Software Announces Speech Enabled RSS Reader
REYKJAVIK, Iceland
- Hex Software announced the availability of a Speech Enabled RSS reader.
The RSS reader is a part of the Hexia suite of packaged mobile applications and facilitates the creation of speech based services by providing integration with Web-based content. Most news sites and even personal Web sites, such as Weblogs, offer RSS feeds with their content. With the Hexia RSS reader, content owners can speech enable this content and give access to it over the phone.
With the power of the Hexia solution behind it, the content can be read to the caller over the phone or sent to their mobile phone via text messages or multimedia messages.
The Hexia RSS reader is also an integral part of the Hexia Educational Package, giving educational institutions the ability to offer easier access to Web-based content to dyslexic students.
The Hexia RSS Reader works with VoiceXML 2.0 platforms.
