Fordham University Selects Automated Operator for Education from Speech Technology Associates

Fordham University has selected Speech Technology Associates' Automated Operator, a speech recognition and CTI-enabled auto-attendant solution for the Fordham University Enrollment Group.

Automated Operator for Education provides access to people, information and services, including frequently asked questions (FAQs). Complex inquires are transferred to Fordham University Enrollment Services accompanied by student data via computer telephony integration.
