Cigna International Looks to Gold Systems to Assist Customer Service

BOULDER, CO and READING, ENGLAND - Gold Systems Inc., an independent provider of voice-powered solutions has engaged in a contract to supply voice applications to CIGNA International, the European division of the CIGNA Corporation. As part of an ongoing services and technology review, CIGNA International has identified that the implementation of voice applications will be beneficial to both the customers and staff at CIGNA's customer service center in Greenock, Scotland. Jill Kennedy, Director of Customer Service, CIGNA said, "We are committed to ensuring our customer service is continuously improving and with Gold's assistance we are able to make ongoing operational improvements. Furthermore, by utilizing the latest technology we make ourselves even more accessible to our customers."
