Prairie Systems Releases Upgraded Critical Communications Offering

Prairie Systems released the 2005 upgrade of their Critical Communications product. New features include an improved user interface, allowing application access from a Web-based control panel, and improved answering machine detection to ensure delivery of critical messages.

The Critical Communications offering is an Interactive Voice Broadcast (IVB) solution with a number of features for optimizing group outreach and message customization.  Messages are delivered to the numbers selected by end-users.

An authorized user or administrator initiates the communications online from a Web-based control panel.  Messages are delivered via Prairie System's text-to-speech capabilities, with user-selectable voice to end-user defined contact information. Critical Communications includes the ability to connect end-users to a voice bridge for an on-demand conference call.  An online management reporting screen displays who has been reached, who has not and the progress of search group contact attempts.

Critical Communications is built on the Prairie Systems voice solutions platform, which offers inbound and outbound interactive voice capabilities, integrated on a common backplane with SMS, email, fax and other messaging protocols.
