iVoice Partners With White Radio

iVoice , a provider of speech-enabled auto attendant and call routing platforms, reached an agreement for White Radio, a division of Cygnal Technologies, to market and sell its iVoice suite of speech telephony applications.

White Radio is a distributor of Avaya products for the Canadian Dealer Community. iVoice speech products enable callers to get connected, without assistance from a live operator, with the person or department they wish to reach by speaking the name. As an Avaya Developer Connection partner, iVoice offers comprehensive digital integration with the Avaya Definity line of PBXs, and analog integration with the IP Office, Partner and Magix lines of PBXs. The iVoice speech product integrates via TAPI ports on the IP Office, eliminating any additional hardware, allowing for unparalleled flexibility in the deployment of customer speech applications.

"White Radio's expertise in Avaya products, its extensive coverage and its commitment to providing outstanding service to its clients makes it an excellent addition to iVoice's roster of partners," said Jerry Mahoney of iVoice. "This partnership is completely in line with our commitment to improve mass market acceptance of speech recognition technology and to continue the expansion of our stake in that market."

"We are pleased to be a partner of the IVoice product suite," said Cameron Western, product manager at White Radio. "Given its impressive installed base of customers, we have every confidence that our clients will greatly benefit from adding iVoice to their existing telecommunications systems. Furthermore, choosing an Avaya Developer Connection Partner such as iVoice allows us to maintain our high standards for service by offering a speech recognition solution that helps our customers leverage their existing Avaya infrastructures."
