Fluency Appoints David Johnson to Head Professional Services Team

Fluency Voice Technology appointed David Johnson as vice president of professional services.

With a background in consulting and project management involving application integration, technical and business consultation within FTSE 100 companies, Johnson will oversee the delivery and management of Fluency's services and solutions, with a primary goal of ensuring continued high levels of customer satisfaction among Fluency's growing customer base.

Based from the UK Headquarters in London, Johnson will work directly with the professional services team both in London and New York to facilitate the successful delivery of global professional services projects.

Johnson's career includes 11 years at Coda as software development manager, senior application development production manager and finally development director. As development director, Johnson took overall responsibility for the whole of the Baan/CODA product range and oversaw the launch of CODA's first Web product.

Johnson then became head of product development at Eyretel Plc, a global provider of enterprise Customer Experience Management (CEM and CRM) solutions to the call center and financials trading markets. Here Johnson had responsibility for hardware and software developments across the whole of the development lifecycle.

Prior to Fluency, Johnson was director of professional services EMEA for Witness System Inc., a provider of voice recording and quality monitoring solutions for call centers.
