VoiceGenie Powers Unified Dispatch Voice-Driven Taxi Booking System

(UDI), a provider of next-generation speech-enabled dispatch technology for the transportation industry, has partnered with VoiceGenie to power its voice-enabled taxi booking system for several of UDI's installations. UniBook allows passengers to book taxis, shuttles and limousines without waiting to speak to a live agent. The fully integrated booking engine reduces fleet operator costs and improves the customer experience in booking transportation services. UniBook has been engineered to gather all necessary information through an intuitive voice interface based on VoiceXML, delivering the data to any leading dispatch system and eliminating the need for live agents.
