Cox Enterprises Announces the Sale of Cox Voice Services

ATLANTA, GA - Cox Enterprises Inc. has announced the sale of Cox Voice Services, the Infoventures of Atlanta facility, to Automated Responses Interactive. Cox Enterprises was the founder of N11 services both in Atlanta, GA, and Palm Beach, FL, in 1992. Cox Enterprises has decided to focus on core business strategies while acknowledging the value proposition of interactive voice driven telephony services. Cox Enterprises and their newspaper, television, radio and other subsidiaries will continue to be a major customer of Automated Responses Interactive (ARI). Automated Responses Interactive is a supplier of over 40 'off the shelf' service bureau applications. All applications feature self service setup and maintenance, integrated text-to-speech and complete detailed reporting.
