Angel.com Expands IVR Solutions LeadByFone and RecordByFone on Salesforce.com's AppExchange

SAN FRANCISCO - Angel.com, a division of MicroStrategy® Inc. (Nasdaq: MSTR - News), and salesforce.com (NYSE: CRM - News) expanded Angel.com's suite of SalesforceByFone applications.

LeadByFone and RecordByFone by Angel.com are on-demand, speech-enabled interactive voice response (IVR) solutions. LeadByFone and RecordByFone are built on the AppExchange on-demand platform.

LeadByFone captures caller information during the call. RecordByFone provides access to recordings of calls following their completion, with reporting of all data captured. All recordings are stored and hosted at Angel.com, with access to the recordings by clicking a sound file URL. RecordByFone can be used for a variety of purposes, including tracking, quality monitoring, performance measurement, and training.

Both applications are deployed with the Web-based Site Builder toolkit, so no investment in hardware or software is required and deployments and customizations can occur from a Salesforce account.

Other Angel.com SalesforceByFone applications include SupportByFone, which allows the phone management of salesforce.com's Service and Support offering, and SurveyByFone, a phone survey application that integrates with Salesforce accounts.

Apex is salesforce.com's on-demand platform and programming language that enables customers, developers, and partners to build new on-demand applications, to write and run their own code hosted with salesforce.com's multitenant service. Customers can use Apex to modify the core features and functionality of their Salesforce deployments for their business needs and integrate new applications and components from partners and developers.
