eResource Signs Technology and Marketing Agreement with IBM

TAMPA, Florida - eResource, a systems integrator specializing in advanced call center solutions, entered a technology and marketing partnership with IBM.  The OEM (original equipment manufacturer) agreement incorporates eResource's suite of self-service solutions with IBM's WebSphere Voice Server, WebSphere Voice Response, and IBM's Unified Messaging for WebSphere Voice Response.

eResource builds self-service solutions.  eResource's experience in banking, insurance, utility, retail, telephone company, and government applications will be incorporated into new applications running on the IBM platform.

Speech recognition by IBM via WebSphere Voice Server allows customers to interact through speech recognition.  

IBM's WebSphere Voice Response provides the base foundation for building and deploying touchtone and speech-enabled applications.  

IBM's Unified Messaging for WebSphere Voice Response provides programmable voice mail and Unified Communications functionality for large enterprises and service providers.
