Firms Cooperating to Develop Call Analytics for German

ASC telecom, D+S solutions, European Media Laboratory, and Xtramind Technologies are combining their competencies in the area of speech technologies to offer the first solution that gives German call centers the ability to filter and classify phone calls and analyze the spoken content of those calls.

When the solution is ready for prototype release in the fall, it will be the first analytics product available for the German language.
Through the cooperative effort, European Media Laboratory will provide the transcription technologies for the spoken conversations. Xtramind’s analytics technology will identify the information contained within the call. ASC will provide the quality management software, and D+S will provide the hosting environment. When available, the solution will be priced on a pay-per-use basis.
