Free & Clear Selects Envision

SEATTLE - Free & Clear, a tobacco treatment provider, selected the Envision Performance Suite from Envision Telephony.

Free & Clear deployed the Envision Performance Suite integrating Envision's core applications: quality monitoring, eLearning, workforce management, and business intelligence.

With the Envision Performance Suite in place, Free & Clear reports that its coaching center has increased the number of calls recorded, increased the number of agent evaluations, and enabled supervisors to identify agent knowledge and skill gaps through recorded screen shots.
