Verint Delivers New Integrations with Motorola for Advanced Recording

Verint Systems has expanded its relationship with premier trunked radio provider Motorola.

As a Motorola TETRA Application Partner, Verint has completed integration testing of its flagship public safety Audiolog recording software with Motorola’s Dimetra IP radio system. Audiolog is part of Verint’s broader Impact 360 for Public Safety solution.

Verint and Motorola customers around the world can now select Audiolog as an option for TETRA recording. Control room and emergency dispatch center professionals can be confident that Verint’s software has been thoroughly tested on a reference Motorola Dimetra system, providing customers access to scalable, advanced mission-critical recording capabilities tested for use with the Motorola Dimetra IP platform. The Internet Protocol-based recording solution does not require acquisition cards and additional radio devices, helping lower total cost of ownership.

Audiolog makes recorded voice, dispatch console screens, and associated data readily accessible to call handlers, dispatchers, and supervisors, for fast and effective response times. It also provides, through the relationship with Motorola, the ability to record all call types and receive accurate metadata on all recorded transmissions.

“Completing this important milestone reinforces Verint’s commitment to the public safety market, making it easier for global organizations to deploy our software and delivering added value to our customers,” said Elan Moriah, president of Verint Video Intelligence Solutions and Verint Witness Actionable Solutions. “With this integration complete, Verint can provide more public safety answering point customers with a robust, reliable solution for recording and monitoring, archiving and retrieving, and quality assurance.”
