VOX Network Solutions Launches VOXCare Platinum Support for Microsoft Lync

VOX Network Solutions, a provider of collaboration solutions and services for the enterprise market, announced the launch of VOXCare Platinum Support to deliver proactive managed services that keep Microsoft Lync Voice platform and other Microsoft voice applications running at optimal effectiveness and efficiency.

With the launch of VOXCare Platinum Support, VOX is one of the first partners certified by Microsoft to provide premier support for Lync Server 2010, with direct access to Microsoft Premier Escalation Engineers and Tier 3 Support as needed, enabling VOX to provide the highest level of customer support.
