Leading Healthcare Providers Adopt M*Modal Fluency for Imaging

M*Modal, a provider of clinical documentation services and speech understandin solutions, has signed seven leading hospitals, radiology centers, and practices across 10 states as new customers for its M*Modal Fluency for Imaging product.

Recent customers for M*Modal Fluency for Imaging include the following:

• Children's Hospital and Research Center in Oakland, Calif.;
• Coastal Radiology in North Carolina;
• Compass Imaging in Mississippi;
• Coosa Valley Medical Center in Alabama;
• Maricopa County in Arizona;
• Princeton Community Hospital in West Virginia; and
• ·Wahiawa General  in Hawaii.

M*Modal Fluency for Imaging is a highly integrated workflow and documentation platform allowing physicians to create multimedia clinical reports. This solution leverages cloud-based speech understanding to convert physician dictations to electronic and encoded documents that are searchable and shareable. In addition, the technology auto-populates clinical content from electronic health record and RIS/PAC systems and delivers quality alerts at the time of report creation. The natural language understanding technology identifies clinical terms and concepts, patients, and populations in documentation.
