Alert Solutions Launches School Announcement 4.0

Alert Solutions, a provider of cloud-based multichannel messaging technology, has released School Announcement 4.0, the latest version of its Web-based notification solution for K-12 schools and districts. Version 4.0 offers users new features, including a comprehensive mobile command center, social media integration, and a weather tool for severe weather monitoring.

School Announcement allows school administrators to communicate with student families and staff via social media, email, voice and SMS text messaging.

School Announcement's new Mobile Command Center is a mobile version that allows users to send messages to student families and staff directly from their mobile phones. School administrators can launch and monitor their social media pages, email, voice, and SMS text messages in a moment's notice wherever they are.
