NeoSpeech Adds Mexican Spanish TTS Voice

NeoSpeech, a provider of text-to-speech (TTS) software and speech-enabled solutions, has released a Spanish language text-to-speech voice, Francisco. Francisco was made using professional voiceover talent from Mexico.

"We specifically invested a significant amount of resources to develop the highest-caliber Mexican Spanish voice," said Christopher Moon, CEO at NeoSpeech, in a statement. "Mexican Spanish text-to-speech is in a high demand, particularly in North America, and NeoSpeech is positioned now to meet user needs with a product that will not disappoint."

The NeoSpeech Francisco voice supports various operating systems, including Windows and Linux in both 32-bit and 64-bit architectures.

Francisco joins Violeta, which the company released in July 2013. Violeta speaks with a neutral, female American Spanish accent. Violeta has been featured in many e-learning programs, including Adobe Captivate Suite, telephony services, and various Spanish learning iPhone and Android apps.

Overall, NeoSpeech's voice portfolio has been expanding. The latest releases are James, an American English voice, and Chloe, a Canadian French female voice. NeoSpeech offers selective voices from many languages, including U.S. and U.K. English, Spanish, Canadian French, Japanese, Mandarin Chinese, and Korean.
