Fluency Voice Technology Selected for Membership in Avaya DeveloperConnection Program

NEW YORK and LONDON — Fluency Voice Technology has been selected by Avaya Inc. for membership in the Avaya DeveloperConnection program.

Fluency is the developer of the Virtual Speech Agent (VSA) Suite™, an integrated speech recognition application suite that enables callers to utilize several self-service options by speaking.  The VSA Suite integrates with the Avaya Interactive Response (IR) platform, the Voice Portal (VP) platform and Interaction Center (IC) to further automate call center workflows and allow enterprises to deliver speech-enabled services.

As a result, customers can extend their existing investment in the Avaya IVR touchtone platform by upgrading to Fluency's speech-enabled VSA Suite and integrating with existing call routing capabilities to optimize workflows. 

The Avaya DeveloperConnection program promotes the development, compliance-testing and co-marketing of third-party products that are compatible with Avaya solutions. 

The Avaya DeveloperConnection program currently includes more than 1,900 software and hardware developer companies, integrators, service providers and customers.  Members have created solutions tested for Avaya compliance, including natural language speech recognition applications, wireless services, specialized computer telephony integration and reporting capabilities, as well as applications designed for specific vertical industries.

As a member of the DeveloperConnection program, companies have access to a range of support from Avaya, including technical resources and training.  Member companies must also meet Avaya criteria for customer satisfaction, product support, business operations, marketing and sales.
