SpeechPro Partners With Avaya to Offer VoiceKey Through DevConnect MarketPlace

SpeechPro, a developer of solutions in speech recording, processing, analysis and voice biometrics, has partnered with Avaya to make its voice biometric platform VoiceKey available on Avaya's DevConnect Marketplace.

One of the core requirements for products available on the Avaya Marketplace is compliance with the Avaya platform. VoiceKey went through rigorous evaluation by the Avaya team and was recognized as a compliant product, making it the only alternative to voice biometric options already available to Avaya customers.

An intelligent voice biometrics solution for call centers and interactive voice response and mobile applications, the VoiceKey application was compliance tested by Avaya for compatibility with Avaya Aura Experience Portal 6.0 and Avaya Aura Communication Manager 6.3.;

"SpeechPro's VoiceKey solution has undergone rigorous interoperability testing," said Eric Rossman, vice president of developer relations at Avaya, in a statement. "By working with companies like SpeechPro to ensure compatibility, Avaya customers can choose from hundreds of third-party applications and deploy them with confidence."

SpeechPro is a participant of the Avaya DevConnect program. As a technology partner, SpeechPro is eligible to submit products for compliance testing by the Avaya Solution Interoperability and Test Lab. There, a team of Avaya engineers develops a comprehensive test plan for each application to verify whether it is Avaya-compatible.

"I am delighted that our VoiceKey voice biometrics application has been rated Avaya-compliant as we can now provide Avaya customers with a choice when it comes to voice identification solutions," said SpeechPro President Alexey Khitrov, in a statement. "VoiceKey's flexible application platform provides organizations using Avaya Aura Experience Portal with additional options to protect their customer’s confidential information."
