Trisys Offers New Call Recording and Accounting System for Hosted PBX Users

Trisys, a manufacturer of call recording and call accounting solutions, has a new offering specifically targeted at organizations using Hosted virtual PBX services.

With this option, any business using SIP-based hosted services (like BroadSoft, etc.) can now have a turn-key solution with sophisticated call recording and call accounting features.

Since all data is maintained on client’s premises, there is a diminished risk of data loss, or unauthorized access. A Web user interface via TAPIT NOVA Call Accounting software allows password-protected remote access to all call recordings.

The system, which comes with no monthly rental or disk usage fees, includes Tapit NOVA call accounting software, with more than 125 management reports to help run business, and the Replay SIP call recording software. It can store more than 70,000 hours of audio and automatically archives recordings for future reference and can automatically delete recordings at predetermined intervals. Recordings can also be downloaded and emailed. Users can search the recording files by date/time, caller ID, dialed number, user, DNIS, call duration, extension, trunk, and more.
