Aculab and Alliance Systems Extend Strategic Partnership; Aculab Launches Online Ordering System

MILTON KEYNES, U.K. and PLANO, Texas - Aculab and Alliance Systems, Ltd. partnered to provide integrated communications solutions that combine Aculab's enabling technology products and Alliance Systems' Intel-based servers.

With this new partnership, customers can leverage Alliance Systems' communications systems with Aculab's telephony products to build solutions for contact centers, IVR systems, pre-paid and Short Message Service (SMS) solutions as well as Voice over IP (VoIP), SS7, and other communications applications.

Aculab launched an online ordering system for customers to purchase Prosody S, its host media processing (HMP) product.

Prosody S offers speech processing functions in an IP environment and is designed for voice messaging applications ranging from voicemail to unified messaging solutions.

Customers can order Prosody S via the Aculab Web site in four steps and pay upfront using a credit card. Customers are also given a username and password, which allows them to login and view their account details.
