Apptera Selects Envox OnDemand to Host Contact Center Solution

Apptera, a provider of technology for mobile advertising, search and commerce, has selected the Envox OnDemand hosted contact center voice solution to power its "In-Call" solutions. Apptera’s existing "In-Call" customers will be moved to the Envox OnDemand platform.  

Envox OnDemand delivers customized and scalable voice solutions to enterprises and services providers of various sizes. These include dual-tone, multifrequency (DTMF) and speech-enabled solutions, multimodal solutions, intelligent routing in call centers, live agent fall-back, and a host of unified communications offerings including auto attendant and voicemail services.

For instance, through Apptera’s In-Call advertising, organizations can deliver targeted ads, based off of keywords, to customers through the phone. Popular verticals using this service include the retail, financial services, and transportation industries.
