Avaya Adds to Its Compliance Lists

KnoahSoft's Harmony Software Suite 1.6 for Voice over Internet Protocol-based call recording, quality and performance management is now compatible with Avaya’s Communication Manager 5.0 with Application Enablement Services (ACES) 4.1.

Avaya also reviewed Verint Systems’ Impact 360 Recording solution and judged it to be compatible with MultiVantage Express 2.0, a complete midsize communications solution that builds on the Avaya Communication Manager foundation, integrating messaging, mobility, unified communications, and customer contact applications onto a single S8500 server.

Both Verint and KnoahSoft are members of Avaya’s DevConnect program, an initiative to develop, market and sell innovative third-party products that interoperate with Avaya technology and extend the value of a company’s investment in its network. As members of the program, both companies are eligible to submit products for compatibility testing by Avaya’s test labs. There, a team of Avaya engineers develops a comprehensive test plan for each application to verify whether it is Avaya compliant. Doing so ensures businesses can confidently add best-in-class capabilities to their network without having to replace their existing infrastructure, speeding deployment of new applications and reducing both network complexity and implementation costs.
